The Maintenance and Servicing agreement comprises:

• 15-point annual service visit
• 5-point intermediate visit at 6 months
• Rapid Call Out Service in case of failure at any time

Maintenance and Servicing agreements are dependant on the requirements of the customer and will vary according to the number and type of installations.

Rapid Call Out Service

If operational problems arise between scheduled visits, an engineer will be sent to site to undertake assessments and repairs.
